Authored comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on the Statement of Work (SOW) for a major contract with the US Army. Developed training to equip personnel with knowledge of how SOW requirements relate to their daily activities. Created training to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards across all departments. Facilitated management training. Coached and mentored supervisors to improve their employee interaction. Oversaw maintenance of personnel records. Supervised 2 training specialists and 1 administrative assistant.
