Daily Duties at Exterran Energy:
Developed training strategies, resources, and curricula for field personnel in the US, Latin America, Europe, Dubai, and Kazakhstan. Assessed training needs and developed technologies and processes to ensure consistency across all regions. Created training on specific equipment and procedures, corporate processes, and soft skills including communication and cross-functional collaboration. Ensured training product quality control. Coached trainers in each region to improve instructional skills. Cultivated relationships with technical schools to recruit qualified graduates in partnership with the human resources organization. Led weekly problem solving and strategic planning meetings with the corporate technical training office.
