Daily Duties at Fmp Media Solutions:

Marketing Manager/Promoted in August 2007  Developed and wrote annual marketing plan/calendar, facilitating increased productivity/accountability.  Wrote/edited press releases, collateral, website copy, case studies, newsletter articles, proposal copy.  Managed design and production of trade show booth and trade show exhibition program.  Served as project manager on redesign of company website via content management system, collaborating with developers, designers and operations staff. Wrote new copy for site; implemented SEO.  Managed brand audit: implementation of brand e-survey, analysis and report and presentation of results.  Guided creation of innovative, branded tools for sales team.  Conceived and managed development of electronic customer satisfaction survey in collaboration with Operations Director, Software Developer and Multimedia Department Director.  Drove awards submissions, contributing writer articles, PR. Company won several awards resulting from these efforts. Multiple guest articles positioned FMP executives as thought leaders.  Supported sales team with customer meeting preparation, organization of print/electronic presentations, proposal development and related customer-facing activities; facilitated project brainstorming sessions.  Launched and managed blog pilot program and other social media endeavors.  Developed internal communications program: all-hands meetings, presentations, and team-building. Marketing Programs Manager/Office Manager  Launched and managed Salesforce.com CRM tool and Constant Contact email marketing tool. Customized platforms and leveraged them for marketing programs.  Supported Sales & Marketing and Operations executives in defining and implementing metrics tracking and reporting, including weekly reports summarizing sales pipeline performance.  Implemented, designed and launched FMP’s Behind the Scenes quarterly newsletter; responsible for article assignments, editing, layout and design, list management and email blast via Constant Contact.  Planned and implemented successful go-to-market campaigns resulting in sales opportunities.  Managed segmentation and email campaigns; developed meeting materials and collateral, coordinated and launched email blasts, managed vendors and reported on results.  Gathered, analyzed, and communicated marketing data to keep company informed of industry trends, competitive positioning, and market perceptions. Provided research and analytical support for marketing programs, positioning, and product management activities.  Managed and developed direct reports and interns.  Conceived and implemented new hire process and welcome packet. Formulated and outlined process for new hire interactive training tool, in coordination with Operations.  Created office management manual, inventory management system, and archive checkout system.  Managed daily operations – e.g., liaisoned with vendors, managed calendars, scheduled meetings, DB management, process development and improvement and administrative support for Leadership Team.
