Daily Duties at Group Buying Edge:
Served as Project Manager on development, design, copywriting and rollout of customer web portal. Created collateral including fliers, brochures, trade show materials, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Owned copywriting/editing of all communications: web copy, collateral copy, press releases. Devised analysis/improvement of customer experience: touch points, communications and processes. Created Scholarship program and all associated print and web materials; implemented program rollout. Assisted sales team in development of incentive programs for affiliates including creation of sales aids. Developed and enforced internal adherence to branding and marcom processes/guidelines/policies. Researched and managed contracted vendors including graphic design, video, printing, web services, etc.
