Daily Duties at Health Dialog Inc.:
• Responsible for providing unbiased evidence-based information to assist individuals with a wide range of health related concerns • Serve as a chronic condition educator for members; provide guidance and coaching in health care options resulting in increased health care participation • Utilize judgment, independent analysis, and critical thinking skills. Impart detailed knowledge of chronic condition management, pharmacology and medical guidelines to identify , review, assess and refer to appropriate resources and established programs • Build relationships with members, colleagues and clients in fostering collaboration • Communicate ideas and concepts purposefully; implement appropriate engagement as well as learning styles
