Designed and promoted the sale of products through appealing displays, designs, and presentation of products including floor layouts. Inventory control management of approximately 4000 stocked SKU’s with an estimated value of $500,000. Responsible for managing the sourcing and delivery of products. Copious amounts of scheduling expertise such as labor, daily work priorities, meeting and training sessions. Recruitment, interviewing, selection, hiring, evaluation, and termination of employee experience. Focus is to match skills with job duties/responsibilities, as well as ensure personality fits to the corporate culture. This emphasis aided in the retention ratios of personnel. Managed all incoming issues in a hands-on fashion with emphasis on training employees to listen to all customers and quickly bringing about resolution to their satisfaction while keeping the company’s objective in mind.
