 Designed and promoted the sale of products through appealing displays, designs, and presentation of products including floor layouts.  Inventory control management of approximately 4000 stocked SKU’s with an estimated value of $500,000.  Responsible for managing the sourcing and delivery of products.  Copious amounts of scheduling expertise such as labor, daily work priorities, meeting and training sessions.  Recruitment, interviewing, selection, hiring, evaluation, and termination of employee experience.  Focus is to match skills with job duties/responsibilities, as well as ensure personality fits to the corporate culture. This emphasis aided in the retention ratios of personnel.  Managed all incoming issues in a hands-on fashion with emphasis on training employees to listen to all customers and quickly bringing about resolution to their satisfaction while keeping the company’s objective in mind.
