 Conceptualized, designed, and implemented numerous lessons utilizing both one-on-one and group methodologies for teaching of all elementary classroom subjects.  Compilation of various reports such as: financial reports, attendance, student grades, reading assessments, and standardized test metrics.  Lead facilitator for the South Buffalo Diocesan Schools for the correction of the New York State Social Studies Assessment.  Copious amounts of contract negotiation and finalization experience involving: employment agreements, compensation benefits, and union agreements.  Astute at utilizing the appropriate legal experts to guide the process as needed.
