Daily Duties at Wvt Communications Group / Alteva:
Establish and implement annual Marketing Plan. Identify the benefits, costs, and methods of measuring the returns of the Marketing Plan. Direct the efforts of the marketing, communications, social media, graphics, advertising, video and public relations staff and agencies. Responsible for Marketing budget of $586k Build a creative, integrated, multi-channel Marketing Department that builds brand equity, provides leads and tools to support the Sales Department and measures ROI of marketing initiatives. Manage the relationships, projects & budgets of Alteva external marketing, PR and video production agencies. Oversee day-to-day execution of tasks associated with marketing initiatives. Plan, organize and oversee tradeshows. Conceive, develop and promote customer and partner events, promotions, training sessions and webinars. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and company collateral. Direct all social media strategy and inbound marketing programs. Maintain company website and web content, including blog, video, news, campaign landing pages, etc. Write all copy, presentations and marketing collateral content. Work with PR agency to develop strategic and tactical communications and thought leadership programs to gain brand equity and mindshare in the market place. Develop marketing support and programs to increase sales within reseller and wholesaler channels. Oversee and monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives. Create, manage and track results for email blasts. Collaborate with other departments across the organization to support sales, increase revenue and improve the customer experience and customer retention. Coordinate and oversee weekly Marketing Department meetings and bi-weekly Sales & Marketing meetings. Develop and implement internal marketing program. Conceived and implemented “The UC Insider” customer newsletter. Manage Marketing Department and Sales Department Microsoft SharePoint sites.
