Scope included moving cubicles, restructuring office walls, moving trading desks, rearranging ceiling infrastructure and flooring. •Procured facility operational expenses with an average monthly 1 million dollars per month budget and construction capital expenses. •Maintained furniture storage inventory for effective reuse and cost savings of an average of $30,000 a month . •Performed monthly rental allocations for 300+ departments in the 364K-sq.-ft. in the New York headquarters to proportionally divide up 1 million dollar per month rent .
