Daily Duties at Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services :
•Provided space planning and Construction Management services for office relocations, renovations, new office build outs involving coordination with A/E firms, General contractors, and building property managers. Work generally involved office/cubicle reconfigurations, changing HVAC and sprinkler engineering infrastructure, LAN room build outs and upgrades which totaled 1.5 Million in Capital improvements throughout various national office. •Supervised 3 porters in the NYC facility to provide daily facility maintenance of bathroom, pantries, and general floor upkeep. •Oversaw and forecasted a 2 million dollar maintenance operations budget that involved contracts and regulations for Fire safety codes, HVAC BMS operations, MEP upgrades and repairs. Supervised Level 4 Data center engineering infrastructure improvements and build outs. Maintenance of fire alarm pre-action system, CAC units, ATS generator back up tests, UPS back up battery testing. Provide procedures for offsite contingency facility.
