Project management 40+ stores in the tri state area ranging 5000 SF to 30,000 SF. Provide space planning and construction management services during new build outs and renovations. This includes producing conceptual plans to expedite the design phase and then transition to the construction management role of scheduling and pricing out the scope with company stakeholders, A/E firms, general contractor and all subcontractors involved in order to review and approve RFP’s that are generally within the $100,000-$400,000 range. • Oversee over 3 million dollars of infrastructure maintenance of 40+ retail outlets throughout NY NJ whose services include, landscaping, HVAC engineering maintenance, outdoor store façade maintenance, and electrical upgrades. • Review and approve triple net lease new property lease work letters. Ensure commercial building code compliance, obtain necessary EUP permits when
