Responsible for the integrity of financial information, provide strategic leadership, implement quality improvement initiatives for a family of banks with $3 billion in assets. Recruited, trained, and built the Accounting Services Division, consisting of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Project Management, Tax, and Treasury Departments. Spearheaded business transformation & ERP system implementations. Took on additional responsibilities to build and oversee the Corporate Governance team, REO Management, Quality Improvement, Shareholder Accounting, and supported 54 Directors.
