Completely redesigned department infrastructure; established a highly efficient work environment with streamlined logistics, improved customer service, standardized contracts, and improved overall operations. Collaborated in the conception and development of high-impact marketing collateral; created and produced innovative marketing pieces that regularly won national advertising and design awards every year.
