Daily Duties at Carefree Insurance Services, Inc.:
Manages satellite office of a large insurance company – including day-to-day activities of the office, such as: phones, equipment, petty cash, supplies, computers, and applications (2,000+ yearly) that need processing. Works closely supporting a team of 70 independent brokers as well as a manager and a full-time broker. Inputs leads and generates new sales agreements for a wide range of insurance applications. Routes leads to appropriate sales personnel; completes proposals to be sent out to customers in a timely fashion. Prepares detailed sales reports and application log reports for the entire company (approximately 7,000+ applications per year and 300+ brokers), which includes sales production reports; additionally, was fully responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly commission reports for 7 health insurance carriers.
