Daily Duties at Sun Chemical Corporation:

Selected to serve as Site Lead and implement Six Sigma methodologies at Bush Park, SC plant. Identified strategies to reduce waste of utilities usage via process mapping and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA). Determined projects that would save the most expenses while using the least amount of time and resources. Worked closely with Division Vice President and various staff including plant managers, scientists, and operators. Trained personnel on all organization levels on conflict resolution, meeting effectiveness, and team building; additionally served as site’s go-to conflict resolution facilitator.
