Daily Duties at Downing Wellhead Equipment:
Provide leadership and organization for 10 member technician crew, coordinate the day-to-day operation of the remanufacturing shop. Meet daily with the Service Manager, VP of Sales, Customer Property Manager to ensure all customer needs are met. Participate in monthly production meetings and special project meetings, perform monthly shop safety inspections and storm water inspections.
