 Responsible for comments on missy, petite and large size tailored jackets, pants, skirts, dresses, blouses, and tops.  Prepared samples for fittings based on delivery, embellishment, fabric , trim delivery and design  Reviewed samples came in before fitting for workmanship, design and fabric to make sure samples were ok for fitting and to assure a timely delivery on production  Offered fit and construction suggestions in fitting,  Responsible for advising suggested pattern corrections made in the fittings to the table pattern makers and the computer pattern makers  Provided full graded specs as well as converted missy specs to petite specs  Reviewed overall construction and workmanship of first sample  Worked closely with the pattern makers, trim buyers, piece goods buyers and the designers to ensure details were communicated to the factory  Communicated comments as well as revised initial tech packs, patterns and graded specs to Hong Kong Factory using an Excel program similar to Web PDM  Product Developer/Technical Designer Product Developer/Technical Designer
