Daily Duties at Applebees:

Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Responsible for the P&L, ordering and invoicing, inventories,cash handing, payroll, and R&M. Responsible for inventories levels and usages. Managed 65 employees and three managers. Responsible for hiring, training, and orientation of all new employees. Implemented training programs employees rewards programs. responsible for restaurant sales and guest service satisfaction. Responsible for all new menu roll outs, health inspections and restaurant operating scores.
