Daily Duties at Alumax Extrusion :
• Introduced preventative maintenance program to all the manufacturing plants. • Assumed responsibility of the maintenance management for several facilities to reduce downtime for implementation of the process changes. • Demolition and reconstruction of a turkey processing plant ($15MM). • Demolition and rebuilding freezers ($5MM). • Built a new hatchery ($4MM). • Renovation and expansion of a broiler plant ($9MM). • Addition and expansion of cold storage areas abroad ($4MM). • Upgraded several plants to meet new product mix (multiple at $1MM). • Completed a new broiler complex ($30MM). • Expansion of a turkey plant for cooked and raw processing ($17MM). • Managed several miscellaneous projects ranged from $500M to $5MM. • Managed several expansions related to pizza and egg roll manufacturing, distribution and other projects that varied from $15MM to $50MM. • Acquisition, sale and development of numerous properties nationwide.
