Daily Duties at Cargill, Incorporated :
• Reported directly to the corporate President. • Position encompassed several poultry processing plants across the United States and Honduras, manufacturing turkey, beef, fish and chicken products. • Responsibilities included all project design, cost estimation, implementation and financial control (complete and closed capital) at new and existing feed mills, hatcheries, and primary and further processing plants. • Create all the specifications, select bidders, negotiate contracts and complete all capital projects. • Assign project engineers for each of the jobs under personal supervision • Handle all process/material, obtain equipment, and deal with all technical and building issues • Interface and ensure compliance with industry regulatory entities (USDA, OSHA, EPA, city and state agencies)
