Daily Duties at Alliant Techsystems:
As a Project Planning and Control Analyst, I developed, managed and maintained project schedules for the National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA), ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. I provided expert schedule and EVM information and consultation to NASA management. I prepared status and performance reports for projects to be presented to their respective project managers and to the Langley Research Center Management Council (CMC). I monitored and assessed all project progress using the Microsoft Project scheduling tool while attempting to identify schedule dilemmas and negotiating possible ways to resolve them. I briefed EVM information and reports to NASA project management in correlation with project schedules and requirements. Finally, I displayed professional conduct to encourage an atmosphere of cooperation, trust and respect among coworkers and the customer while incorporating and following best practices and policies of Alliant Techsystems.
