Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:
Analyze, research and resolve billing and account maintenance issues, pricing & equipment inquiries, re-rates, claims, and adjustments. •Support and assist team members with resolving customer/sales issues. •Execute multi-line price plan analysis upon request. •Be Customer Service single point of contact for specified Major Accounts and accountable for resolving all billing issues. •Maintain churn and save statistics and communicate status to management on a weekly basis. •Support all business requests from the Outside Sales channel. •Identify, categorize and communicate route cause of customer / billing issues. •Maintains accurate billing records and processes changes accordingly. •Provide necessary follow-up on customer accounts/issues. •Takes on special projects as requested by management.
