Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:
•Created High Potential Learning & Development Programs. •Selected external speakers, assessment and development planning, identifying rotation assignments, experiential learning, action learning experiences, peer-to-peer coaching, mentoring and capstone project assignments •Prepared reporting to senior management advising of statistics, progress on goals, issues/concerns and any other pertinent information. .Design, develop, and facilitate innovative professional, management and leadership development that drive business results •Drove a Culture of Leadership, Development and High Performance: Working with the company’s top leaders to build a culture of high performance, development and accountability for talent development .Develop strong relationships and communication channels across the company to facilitate information sharing and collaboration. •Facilitated effective meetings with program participants, mentors managers to review program •Developed database for tracking purposes evaluating each candidates success and opportunities Each day met with participants to review the assignments for the week. Monthly operations review with each participants reviewed success and opportunities. Bi-Weekly meetings with Senior Executives providing updates on the program Bi-weekly meetings with all mentors provided feedback their impact to the success of the program. Weekly resume and career coaching sessions with each participant. This session included mock interviews, branding and image conversation, mock interviews. Provided these candidates with a topic for a service project. In which the service topic would be around a opportunity within the organization is business need, process or procedure Created and led weekly employee development training classes (connecting with people, branding, leadership, image)
