Managed, facilitated, and coordinated remaining HIPAA Privacy projects, Security, EDI, Information Management, Remedy, Enterprise Middleware, offshore resource augmentation, outsourcing analysis and implementation. Recruited variety of resources (Developers, PM, Business Analysts, DBA, Architect) to manage investment and core projects for project management organization. Prepared and presented to management, annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
