Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanete:
Direct team of Developers, Solution Consultants, Business Analysts and Project Managers assigned to various projects in mainframe, client server, web and new Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) frame work for core and investment projects. Manage staff training and development, concept and design of new organization concepts, project life cycle and methodologies, cost control, budgets, customer relations and facilities.
