Managed sales reps. Developed the concepts for promotional materials, yearly brochures/catalog and special event flyers. Managed 30 – 40 show events each year, including organizational planning and sponsorships. Maintained two websites, responsible for creative development and copywriting. Established marketing plans to release new products including all online marketing, offline marketing, and community/territory outreach. Integral part of product development and release through social media and online advertising. Oversaw Customer Relations, in addition to duties as Marketing and Communications Director; developing all customer service communications, processes and procedures.
