Managed 1 -3 employees, established accounts payable and receivable system, managed client relationships, managed external relationships critical to business success. Established acheivable goals that were unique for each individual client. Managed time, responsibilities and schedules not only for team members, but made sure tht clients knew the priorities and when they were number 1 on the list. Obtained financing for expansion and styed on top of accounts receivables. Automated billing procedures through Quickbooks. Groomed and trained dogs. Supervised the care of over 30 dogs. Reported progress and developed relationships with clients and prospects. Developed and mainteained relationships with judges who made subjective decisions that bonus income from clients was dependant upon.
