Daily Duties at Aetna:

Maintained market management networks through the development of contract pricing parameters (per diems, case rates, and fee schedules), administration of capitation/Quality Based Incentive Programs and analysis of risk based contracts/proposals. Provide support through detailed financial analysis of contract proposals, interim financial reporting and control of the risk settlement process. Partner with Finance/Accounting areas to implement efficient procedures for capitation and risk pool payments and ensure understanding of the pricing impacts of contract strategies. Accountable for Business Intent Reviews (BIR). Managed overpayment analysis and recovery.
