Daily Duties at Avidan Management Llc:
Oversee construction projects and daily maintenance for 10 mixed used commercial and industrial buildings totaling 2.75million sq. ft. Daily duties include interacting with tenants and contractors both verbally and through emails. Negotiate maintenance contracts. Create and administer crisis management procedures. Respond to emergency situations such as a building flooding due to a pipe break, FLS equipment breakdowns and building transformers failure. Develop long range budget projections and maintenance strategies for portfolio properties. Manage a staff of eight skilled and non-skilled workers.
