Daily duties include interacting with tenants and contractors both verbally and through emails. Negotiate maintenance contracts. Create and administer crisis management procedures. Respond to emergency situations such as a building flooding due to a pipe break, FLS equipment breakdowns and building transformers failure. Develop long range budget projections and maintenance strategies for portfolio properties. Manage a staff of eight skilled and non-skilled workers.
