Transferred to Human Resources Generalist to gain exposure to benefits and compensation. I headed up benefits administration, as well as Project Manager and Diversity Champion for the property's Diversity & Inclusion initiative. I lead the property to a 98% training completion rate for diversity training. I managed the properties FML process to ensure all documents were in order and leave time was administered in accordance with applicable laws. I was a member of the task force that tested and implemented a new internet based employment tool introduced to the property. Participated in communicating design ideas, usage suggestions and enhancements to ensure application was user friendly. I worked one on one with the managers for the 2004 raises, explaining the upload and obtained the correct employee information.
