Daily Duties at Rwd Technologies:

Project managed a team of 17 instructors and new product launch team. Assigned to Chrysler's Advanced Technical Training group. I would conduct yearly training needs analysis with engineers, tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers and determine training needs for the upcoming new vehicle launches. I would then develop courses and then travel to the assembly plants-worldwide, and deliver the training. After the training I would provide launch support by working with the assemblers to identify and resolve quality issues.
