Daily Duties at Corinthian Colleges:

I was responsible for the education department which consisted of 1100 students, 5 chairs, ADOE, registrar, councilor, and responsible for the education department, which consists of approximately 90 faculty and staff personnel. My daily tasks included analyzing courses, hiring faculty, maintaining training standards, maintaining a budget to run the education department, and solving student concerns. Provided for the successful delivery of the course content of every program on the campus to students in compliance with accrediting agencies, corporate policies and state/provincial regulations and maintain academic supplies and facilities. Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems to the satisfaction of the student, campus and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policy, procedure and legal requirements. Implemented educational programs to support faculty onboarding, upgrade training, and classroom management strategies. Developed and implemented new on-boarding and classroom management classes which are conducted during every scheduled service training day. Immediate increases in student satisfaction survey rates indicate the new faculty training programs have a positive impact on instructor performance. Maintain departmental compliance in all regulatory matters. Passed all internal, accreditation, and state audits. This campus is nationally accredited through ACCSC. Responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of the ATB and GED programs. Launching 5 new trades and business programs. Launches include the hiring/training of faculty, delivery of course materials, and program managing the implementation of the new courses.
