Daily Duties at Advanced Energy/ Pv Powered:

Coordinated multiple international departments/stake holders (20+) cross-functionally to bring OEM/ODM products to market, using web-ex to facilitate international meetings. Daily use of MS word, MS excel, MS Power Point, MS project, Outlook and Web-ex. Managed/ Facilitated: Training personnel, time management, time card/vacation approval, interviewing, peer conflict, performance evaluations, performance improvement plan implementation, public speaking, meeting facilitation. Managed Operations planning, coordination, production, cross-functional communication, 99-100% OTD of customer commits, profitability planning, writing technical standard work instructions and process/quality control. • Reported weekly on Data collection, 4M data, DPM, Cycle time, Tact time, Value stream (valued added vs. non value added functions), FPY (manufacturing and testing), Scrap (vendor vs. in house) and OTD. • Managed and trained personnel in: facility implementation, process waste elimination, continuous improvements in production standards, defined and implemented standard work instructions, tools and ergonomics, Kaizen events, Kan-ban implementation, 5S, 3P, electrical system testing/technical component level trouble shooting and problem solving. • Testing, component level trouble shooting and repairing of electrical systems and solar inverters. • Assisted in operations planning and coordination, cross functional communication, meeting customer commit dates, eliminating waste, writing technical standard work instructions and process/quality control. • Accountable for weekly reports on Data collection (4M data), Cycle time, Tact time, Value stream (valued added vs. non- value added functions) and OTD.
