Daily Duties at Eastern Industries:

Desktop support, phone support, installed software, support variuos software packages, repaired/fixed the computers, printer support and installations, configured new PCs, connected the new PC to the network, rebuilt used PC for other users, network cabling, some server administration, support the APEX billing and ticketing software. This position overlaps with my Network Administration position where I still held these responsibilities. Consequently, the 1st achievement listed was technically when I was a Network Administration but it was close, time wise, to my promotion into that role but it pertains more to the PC technician.
