Daily Duties at Military Entrance Station:

Led and employed a vital record review process, including self-assessment, a quarterly review, and internal audit which increased survey readiness by 22.5%. Continuously provided compliance statistical data to Navy Region Commander. Directly prepared policy documents and trained 25 employees on new procedures. Successfully implemented a key Health Promotions Program while establishing policy and procedures for a variety of well-being initiatives, including Wellness, Family Assistance Readiness Support Groups, Volunteer Management, and Readiness Leadership Development Program (RLDP) Training
