Daily Duties at Omnilink:
Actively managed 9 Pharmecultical/Health Care IT and Health Care Modernization projects and 3 high performance project managers with a $12+ Million project portfolio while ensuring all projects were compliant with the FDA and IACUC guidelines. Strategically led and trained the entire project team on reviewing, preparing invoices for accuracy and submission for payment resulting in all invoices paid 100% on time and all projects ran on schedule and within budget. Acted as Subject Matter Expert for invoicing, including authoring SOP on receiving, conducting reviews and properly invoicing. Adeptly organized formal project/program management requirements, processes and support tools for the R&D programs while integrating tools into planning processes, day-to-day operations, periodic reviews for decision making, and other special projects and events.
