ACT AS A PROBLEM SOLVER AND INITIATE IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS SUCH AS SUGGESTING A REDUCTION IN INTEREST RATE, WAIVER OF SOME FEES IN ORDER TO RECOVER INDEBTEDNESS. MONITOR THE OUTCOME OF SOLUTION TO ENSURE A COMPLETE RECOVERY. WORKED WITH ATTORNEYS TO DRAFT OUT LEASE CONTRACT AS NECESSARY. WORKED WITH INTERNAL AUDIT GROUP IN LOAN RECOVERY. PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CLIENTS EVEN AT THE STAGE OF RECOVERY OF SUCH LOANS. MONITOR ALERTS ON PAYMENTS TO ENSURE CLIENTS ARE NOTIFIED ADEQUATELY PRIOR TO DUE DATE.
