ASSIST WITH ISSUING OUT PRE-QUALIFICATION, PRE-APPROVAL AND CONDITIONAL APPROVAL LETTERS AS REQUIRED. MANAGED A PIPELINE AND CONSISTENTLY UPDATING THE PIPELINE STATUS AS LOAN PROGRESSES. PRE-UNDERWRITE CLIENTS DOCUMENTS BEFORE SENDING OUT TO UNDERWRITERS TO ENSURE COMPLETENESS AND ACCURACY. REVIEW CREDIT REPORTS AND ADVISE CLIENTS ON ACTIONS TO TAKE TO IMPROVE SCORES. REVIEW ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS SUCH AS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, BANK STATEMENTS, INCOME TAXES, PAYSTUBS, VALID IDENTIFICATION, VISA REQUIREMENTS , EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION,INCOME VERIFICATION, SETTLEMENT STATEMENTS, OTHER MORTGAGE STATEMENTS ETC. GET ALL CONDITIONS TO CLOSE DOCUMENTS IN PLACE PRIOR TO CLOSING. ASSIST WITH RATE LOCKS. LIAISE WITH PROCESSOR IN ISSUING OUT CLOSING DISCLOSURES AFTER RATE LOCKS. RECEIVED COMPLETED AND SIGNED DISCLOSURE PACKAGE FROM CLIENTS FOR FINAL REVIEW AND ENSURING CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS WERE DULY SIGNED. ORDER APPRAISALS FROM THIRD PARTY. LIAISE WITH PROCESSORS IN ENSURING OTHER THIRD PARTY DUTIES SUCH AS TITLES, SURVEY ARE IN ORDER. LIAISE WITH CLIENTS CLOSING ATTORNEYS IN CLOSING LOANS AND ENSURE FUNDS IS TRANSFERED TO THE ATTORNEY.
