Daily Duties at Dell Inc:
Supplied leadership and oversight for $MM IT services projects involving multiple technologies with leading client accounts. Headed initiatives through the full SDLC, expertly guiding the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing phases of each and every project. Presided over 6 client initiatives concurrently. • As Program Manager, fulfilled pivotal 100% customer-facing role, with a total commitment to client satisfaction. • As Americas Delivery Manager, entrusted with managing development of 3 new Cloud Services products; Managed Network Services, Managed Server Monitoring and Managed Backup Service for Cloud customers. Served as Project Lead for the first customer and assisted with the customer interface processes.
