Daily Duties at Simplex Grinnell:

I oversaw approximately 900 employees in the district offices of Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Boise, 2 locations in Colorado Springs, Helena, 2 locations in Arizona and Salt Lake City. SimplexGrinnell had a fast paced environment that was constantly changing. My strong relationships allowed me to get faster resolution to employee relation's issues, involving legal counsel when necessary. I conducted leadership training, championed diversity & inclusion, performance management, managed the bonus plans for the Mountain Region, employee development and conducted employee engagement surveys. I partnered with each District General Manager and my Regional Manager in support of each District’s and SimplexGrinnell’s strategic/sales/business' goals and objectives. I changed and adapted to the environment when necessary. I sat in on some of my district's business reviews so that I could tie my HR tasks into their business objectives. I also needed to understand each district's financials so that I could be a better Business Partner to help them reach their bottom line goals.
