Daily Duties at Crn International, Inc:

I was accountable for managing up to 7 radio and/or TV projects simultaneously for various clients that were between $50,000 - $3.9M in revenue. Partnered with Business Development team to advise on the development of marketing campaigns prior to and during the sell-in. I served as the primary liaison between client and multiple internal groups, all the while building and maintaining strong client relationships. I was responsible for the implementation, management and day-to-day timelines, communication, reporting and tracking the history of each project. Each project required me to initiate/chair meetings with respective Senior Managers to be sure the development of creative, marketing and promotional assets were aligned with the specific sales goals and target markets. As a team player, I would assist in developing and implementing Media Plans, negotiate makegoods, trouble shoot issues that arise during the campaign and create a PowerPoint of the results of the campaign. Responsible for planning and overseeing any event marketing required with a project. Clearly direct assignments to the Client Services Assistant to assist in all aspects of each project.
