Daily Duties at Merck:

Develop and execute the Promotional Marketing Plan. Deliver to the Antibiotic, Antifungal and HIV Marketing Teams all print and electronic promotional resources to meet the needs of Hospital and Specialty Sales Force in the U.S.and International markets.Products were: Invanz, Primaxin, and Avelox (injectible antibiotics), Cancidas and Noxafil (injectible antifungals) and ISENTRESS,(oral HIV integrase inhibitor). Collaborated with the Marketing team on the strategic brand position. I Develop Promotional Communication Plan and manage 4MM budget to deliver all Promotional tactics. Expertise in all Regulatory approval policies, attend and present all promotional resources to Medical & Legal Promotional Board weekly. Achieve expected FDA compliance for OPDP review to maintain Sales Representative access to promotional resources for field execution.Roles fulfilled outside of normal functions included coordinating with the Field Sales Team at Sales Meetings, presenting to Sales Training classes as well as coaching and training new hires.
