Daily Duties at Polyidus Hospitality :
General Manager, HAMPTON INN ORLANDO NORTH; Altamonte Springs, FL; Property consists of 210 sleeping rooms and 2500 square feet of meeting & space including catering & setups for a convention ballroom & two executive boardrooms. Opened hotel and oversaw 6 million dollar renovation, revenue management, quality assurance, sales & marketing, managed staff of 70 employees and 8 member executive committee, created incentives for staff relating to guest service scores,revenue and expense forcasting, budget & marketing plan preparation and presentation, Consistent achievement in top line revenue, market share (STAR), guest service scores (SALT & Medallia), RevPAR & profit, leadership in organizing and directing teams towards individual and team goals (Daily team/shift huddles), Rapid complete financial statement analysis/problem solving, Cost containment & P&L analysis, strategic planning and direction, budgeting, direct sales & marketing, overall product condition, guest product and service, quality assurance, financial controls & performance, profit and loss statements, leadership growth & direction, in-house breakfast & bar, banquets/catering, safety and security, and community involvement
