Oversaw numerous federal, VA Merit, institutional and industry-sponsored pharmacological trials, including primarily regulatory and compliance management and mentoring CRCs. Hire and supervise research assistants/coordinators. Ensured protection of human subjects through careful auditing, formulating assessments and study procedures, and served as a liaison to multiple sites. Managed databases, perform statistical analysis, and coordinated EDC systems. Prepared and submitted grant submissions, adverse events reporting, and manuscript preparation with PIs. Taught adherence to risk and compliance issues and human subject protection (GCP).
