Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:

•Ensure that daily operations and projects occur on schedule and within budget, while meeting/exceeding internal and external customer expectations and business results. •Evaluate, plans, promotes, and executes long-term solutions to current and previous issues to ensure productive resolutions and high customer satisfaction. •Hire, manage, and mentor the all levels of Customer Service and Technical support to cultivate a high performance culture. •Design and implement strategies that support the ongoing learning and development of staff members. •Mentors, trains, and coaches direct reports and their support staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to be an effective team leader/manager. •Define and implement staffing and organizational design strategies that maximize customer satisfaction, team productivity, and cost effectiveness. • Prepares reporting to senior management advising of statistics, progress on goals, issues/concerns and any other pertinent information.
