What they like about Case Western Reserve University:
You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.

Climbers who worked at Case Western Reserve University had these interests:
Books | |
---|---|
Tribal Leadership |
This book and website serve as a great resource to me when working within a dynamic team both within a work setting and externally with collaborative partners. |
Made to Stick |
This book serves as a reference as I develop health promotion messages, images and programs. It helps me remember to think about how other people receive information so that I can tailor my work to suit their needs and wants. |
The Tipping Point |
The tipping point is when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire. Keeping in mind that it takes time for behaviors to spread keeps me positive in my health promotion work. |
Good to Great and the Social Sectors |
I really enjoyed this book as a second edition following the Good to Great book. It helped me see that organizations go through evolutionary changes. With the right leaders in place, directing under a clearly stated goal we can better serve our public. |
