 Served as the sole trainer and company liaison in the State of Ohio for the leading multi-media alerting and documentation Management Company for crisis preparedness and response.  Adapted and conducted 3 levels of user training to state and local health department and hospitals with varying technical skills.  Designed instructional presentation materials including course agendas, web based training, hands-on examples and concise objectives.  Ensured challenging deadlines were met while meeting client’s requests by contributing to all day-to-day program activities including grant reporting, creation of documentation for implemented processes, customer service and compiling files for various new and on-going technical projects.
