Daily Duties at Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith:
The handling of 25-30 cases at a time with little supervision. The handling of files including drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and attendance at expert depositions and key witness depositions. I attended and cross-examined over 20 expert witnesses. I defended over 5 expert deposition involving the work of client. I also attended and cross-examined 25 percipient witnesses relating to persons most knowledgeable for Plaintiff and Defendant. I attended over 15 mediation sessions with mediators involving claims relating to millions of dollars. I attended over 20 Special Master hearing with Special Masters that are assigned by the Judges in Nevada to handle discovery disputes. Many of the hearings involved disputes relating to inspections, depositions, and written discovery.
