Daily Duties at Murchison & Cummings:
The handling of complex litigation matters mainly in the areas of construction and products liability, I handled 30-35 cases at a time including drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and taking expert and lay witness depositions. I attended over 30 expert depositions including cross examination of key expert witnesses who testimony is critical to the resolution of the case. I have also defended over 20 experts in their testimony on behalf of client making key objections where necessary. I have also defended over 10 key percipient witness depositions. I attended over 30 Special Master hearing where discovery disputes and matters were heard and resolved. I attended over 25 mediation sessions involving intense negotiations dealing with millions of dollars. I also was involved in the largest class action law suit filed in Nevada involving over 35,000 homes including coordinating inspections at homes, drafting of pleadings, motions, and taking of expert and lay witnesses.
