Successful implementation of the paperless manifesting system in Texas and Oklahoma which resulted in a cost savings of $645K in the first year. Responsible for the direct employee development of 11 team members with a total team of 210 region wide, resulting in the development of 7 employees to the next level of their career. Successfully took each division office from and EBITDA of less than 10% of gross Revenue to 21% by streamlining the front office processes, reducing SG&A expense and better aligning dispatch in each office. Evaluation, recommendation and implementation of system enhancement and policy and procedure enhancements delivering reduced expenses by $727K while increasing profitability by $2.1M.
